Simonstowns 3rd team had an easy  win over a very understrength Curraha team in summer like conditions at the North Navan venue  on Tuesday evening.    
Anthony McDonagh laid the foundations with  three (3)  goals  in first fourteen minutes.  Harry Devlin  netted twice and Sean Brady once to complete Simonstown tally of six goals in the first half.  White flags were raised for the Navan men  by  Joe Lyons, Anthony McDonagh, Jack Collier, Sean Brady, Mackenzie Doyle while Harry Devlin with  a fine effort  caused the" only " raising of  the  orange  flag(1X2pt) during the game. Curraha replied with two points but they had six wide's to the hosts three. 

Curraha came more into game at start of second half and tagged on four points in first twenty minutes. Again they left their shooting boots at home as they had nine more wides. The Sky Blues Luke Kennedy was going through on goal when fouled—got up-- converted penalty himself. Jamie Keane powered his way through the Curraha defence and fired to roof of net. Joe Lyons tapped over  two points and  MacKenzie Doyle,Harry Devlin  added one each  Jamie Keane converted a 45 to complete Simonstown's tally.
