The second Executive meeting of the year was held on February 04th last.  Amongst various topics discussed were:- the arrangements for the upcoming Member Night with Jim Gavin; the ongoing provision of club facilities during the aftermath of Storm Eowyn; our recent bar openings for national league matches; a proposal to purchase a coffee machine for the soon to be launched coffee shop.  There was also a discussion on how best to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the club in addition to celebrating very significant football success some 30 years ago (in 1995) and members ideas/inputs are welcome in that regard.  In addition, all four committees (Football, Finance, Infrastructure and Community) gave updates to the Executive in advance on their respective progress, with excellent work being undertaken by all.   

 

A reminder that we have a busy week ahead with Feis Cup Round 1 at home (v Summerhill GFC) tonight (07 Feb); u19 teams playing over the weekend; Second Team playing Reserve Cup on Tuesday 11th; Member Night on 13th Feb and Feis Cup Round 2 v Rathkenny at home on Friday 14th February.
