Simonstown U15 Premier 2 team travelled to Piltown on Sunday evening to play St. Colmcilles in their second championship game.
The first half was a fairly tight affair and and although Simonstown took a few minutes to get into it, they started to put scores on the board.
We were trailing by 2 points at half time but managed to turn it around to a 1 point lead after 10 mins of the second half.
But Colmcilles managed to score a couple of quick goals that Simonstown just couldn't make back despite a valiant effort. Unfortunately, not to be on the night, but with 3 games remaining, it's all still to play for.
