Simonstown Gaels are looking forward to welcoming the players, officials and supporters from Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels, Dunboyne, Moynalvey, Walterstown, Na Fianna, Dee Rangers and Meath LGFA for the senior, intermediate and junior county finals.
Some important information below for you so we can ensure the weekend runs smoothly and all games start on time.
All cars should enter through the main entrance on the Proudstown road. A number of Meath LGFA officials will be at the gate and will have ticket scanners. Have your QR code available for scanning so cars can move quickly for parking. Cash can also be used.
Simonstown Gaels have a number of different parking areas and we ask that players, officials and supporters follow the instructions of our stewards on arrival to ensure we maximize the parking availability.
We have limited parking at the club so once we are at full capacity we advise people to make use of local parking and allow yourself time to walk to the club. Those of our members who will be attending the finals, we recommend walking to the club to avoid heavy traffic.
Only players, management, sideline personnel and match officials will be permitted at the dressing room and pitch area before and during the game.
We will have a coffee shop open under the scoreboard and will have soft drinks, crisps, chocolate, sweets, tea and coffee on sale. Only cash will be accepted.
Our club bar will be open on Saturday from 3.30pm and Sunday from 3.30pm. You are all welcome to drop in.
Exiting: A one way system will be in operation and all cars will exit through the main avenue and cars will be directed safely through the area. Again, we would appreciate you following the instructions of our stewards.
We are looking forward to having you all at our club and are delighted to be able to host the finals.
